What You Will Do Work closely with client organizations to understand their business goals and challenges Design and implement programs, communities, and frameworks that turn AI investments into measurable outcomes Develop and execute strategies that drive adoption, including building champion networks and running tailored workshops Advise clients on scaling their AI initiatives over time Proactively create environments that encourage engagement and success Who We’re Looking For Experience in customer success, ideally with a focus on technology or AI adoption A builder’s mentality: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable creating new processes or communities Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work closely with both client and internal teams Comfort working in a hybrid setup from the San Francisco office
