About the Role:
As Planet embarks on its most ambitious hiring year to date, we are onboarding hundreds of new team members across San Francisco, Washington DC, Berlin, and other remote locations worldwide. The Talent Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operational workflows behind every hire, encompassing requisition approvals, interview coordination, offer processing, compliance checks, onboarding transitions, and management of specialized hiring tracks like our global intern program. We are seeking a Talent Operations Partner to take ownership of vital aspects of this process.
In this role, you will manage Planet's intern and early talent program from start to finish , including requisition management, candidate coordination, onboarding, program development, and offboarding. This highly visible, cross-functional initiative involves collaboration with hiring managers across all departments and provides early-career candidates their first experience with Planet. Additionally, you will contribute to the Talent Operations roadmap, focusing on process improvements and systems projects that are reshaping how we manage the hiring lifecycle.
This position requires a blend of program management, process design, and recruiting operations expertise. You will be responsible for everything from the logistics of an intern cohort to configuring ATS workflows. The ability to balance operational tasks with strategic process enhancements is essential.
