Your Role

Our Tax Operations team is essential for maintaining compliance and accuracy for the numerous businesses we support. We ensure that every payroll dollar is allocated to the correct jurisdiction, punctually and consistently, across diverse tax types nationwide. This is intricate and high-stakes work that sits at the crossroads of regulatory expertise and operational efficiency.
We seek a seasoned Tax Manager who demonstrates a true player-coach mentality, someone who can inspire the team while remaining actively engaged in the work. This role encompasses managing end-to-end tax operations with a blended team of full-time employees and contractors, focusing on effective people management, excellence in execution, and operational responsibility. The ideal candidate will adeptly balance setting strategic direction, mentoring team members, and diving into complex tax tasks as necessary.
