Hands-on work with HR tools forms the core of this position. The coordinator investigates discrepancies, maintains data integrity, and makes sure systems perform as expected. Over time, there is opportunity to improve operational efficiency by refining processes and expanding automation across the People tech stack. Main responsibilities Administer daily operations of core HR systems, including Workday and AI HR Ops tools Process system updates and employee transactions accurately Troubleshoot and resolve issues outside standard workflows Identify and correct data discrepancies, access problems, and flawed processes Keep HR systems and workflows current and dependable Respond to People Operations tickets and assist employees with system-related questions Maintain clear documentation and address recurring issues at their source Continuously improve processes and expand automation to support team growth Location This position is based in San Francisco, CA.
