This temporary role supports the Creative team by keeping projects organized and moving forward. The coordinator works across teams to align goals, improve processes, and handle production needs from planning through completion. Main Responsibilities
- Keep daily workflows on track for the Creative team and help ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Prepare and manage weekly meeting agendas, hot lists, and updates for creative reviews.
- Update and maintain project timelines and workflows in Wrike.
- Track seasonal planning and key dates across different channels.
- Assist with processing invoices and monitoring budgets.
- Organize the Marketing Google Drive and manage digital asset files.
- Support logistics for photoshoots and production activities.
This position is based in San Francisco and is temporary in nature.
