The Principal Product Manager for Enterprise & Governance will focus on both the agent experience and the systems that build trust: live guardrails, audit trails, and compliance features. This work shapes Vapi’s reputation and future growth with enterprise customers. What you will do First 30 days: Learn the Vapi platform and understand the enterprise buyer landscape, including product details, sales processes, and current friction points. Identify where enterprise deals stall, whether from legal, security, compliance, feature, or onboarding issues. Write a thorough analysis of challenges and opportunities in the enterprise segment. Deliver a small but meaningful solution that addresses a real customer problem. Next 60 days: Translate findings into a clear, prioritized strategy. Publish a 12-month rolling roadmap for the enterprise segment, focused on what regulated businesses need to trust voice AI in production. Implement a major improvement that drives adoption, expansion, or retention. Use data to inform decisions, learning from both successes and mistakes.
