Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the diagnostics and analysis of electric engines.
- Perform thorough teardowns of electric engines and conduct root cause analyses.
- Act as the main technical authority for identifying and resolving critical issues throughout the design and development phases.
- Make informed decisions to prioritize essential concerns affecting product safety and performance.
- Innovate advanced systems and procedures.
- Establish comprehensive teardown protocols and documentation for electric engines.
- Create systems for real-time health monitoring of electric engines.
- Define end-of-line testing specifications for electric engines to ensure their quality and reliability.
- Champion engineering excellence.
- Take ownership of field failure analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
