Our structured onboarding process begins with a hands-on training period at one of our Infant Centers and/or Preschools. During this time, the Director will collaborate closely with an experienced Mentor Director to establish a solid foundation in Action Day operations before transitioning into a permanent role at one of our school locations. This immersive training is designed to provide practical exposure to the daily leadership of a high-quality program, preparing you to confidently manage your own campus.
As the Infant & Preschool Director, you will oversee all facets of school operations, with a strong emphasis on student enrollment, family engagement, and team leadership. Your role includes creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and families, while cultivating a high-performing team of educators. From conducting tours for prospective families to coaching and supporting your staff, you will be instrumental in delivering the consistent, high-quality experience that defines our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment for infants and preschoolers.
- Oversee and support educators and staff through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and supervision to build a strong, child-focused team.
- Manage enrollment, parent/family communication, tours, and admissions to ensure new and returning families feel welcome and supported.
- Ensure compliance with licensing standards, program policies, curricula, and safety protocols; maintain records, schedules, and program administration.
