We are looking for dynamic Account Managers to enhance revenue streams from our existing business customer base.
The Account Manager will be tasked with executing our sales operational directives to not only meet but exceed sales targets. This role involves achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships within our SMB market segment (1-1000 employees) to ensure customer satisfaction and foster referrals.
- Meet upsell targets by educating customers on the benefits of our comprehensive suite of applications and services.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to forecast sales activities and anticipated revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations via the web.
- Implement best sales practices as directed by management.
- Make an average of 60 phone calls per day.
