Handle GL coding for vendor invoices, submit for approvals, process weekly payments, communicate with vendors, and assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations. Enter invoices accurately, ensure compliance with vendor contracts and terms, and maintain correct chart of accounts mapping in the accounting system. Take advantage of available early payment discounts. Produce weekly AP Aging reports and analyze vendor payments. Prepare and post payments with attention to accuracy and completeness. Review vendor statements to identify missing or outstanding invoices. Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries. Oversee vendor creation, maintain the W9 database, and monitor the AP inbox. Review company credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance with T&E policies. Improve AP processes by using Coupa and integrated AI tools in daily work. What We Look For Associate's or Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience. Ability to follow established controls to safeguard company assets. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
