Our commitment is to create an equitable and inclusive workplace that values our unique perspectives and supports every member of our team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct electrical and environmental testing of prototype and certified batteries for eVTOL aircraft.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement test plans for flight-critical hardware.Execute acceptance testing on battery modules, packs, and charge port assemblies.Design sub-scale test rigs for mechanical and environmental testing, involving PCBA/hardware and software development.Develop and deploy custom test equipment and controllers.Create bespoke test equipment and automation software to facilitate cross-functional battery R&D testing.Perform mechanical design of test rigs using NX CAD software.Utilize LabVIEW, Python, and other test development tools for testing purposes.Analyze test data and collaborate with engineering teams to share insights.Develop automated test equipment as required.Innovate test procedures and oversee testing execution.Generate reports for FAA submission.
