Position Overview
We are in search of a driven Business Development Representative who will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales pipeline and propelling the growth of our company. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and our sales team to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through various channels. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to kickstart their B2B sales careers in a dynamic fintech startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify and engage qualified prospects within targeted market segments.
Implement multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (including email, LinkedIn, and phone).
Qualify inbound leads and coordinate discovery calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
Achieve or surpass monthly quotas for qualified opportunities generated.
Represent Dyneti at industry events and conferences, driving attendance and engagement.
