The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for our inaugural HR/People leader to establish and oversee the entire human resources function at Orkes.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will not only lead the HR initiatives but also engage in daily operations. You will be building the HR framework from the ground up while nurturing a rapidly growing in-office engineering team.
This position will progressively transition into a Head of People or Director-level role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations (Core Foundation)
- Manage all daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and the employee lifecycle.
- Develop policies, processes, and internal structures from scratch.
- Enhance in-office operations focusing on employee experience, coordination, logistics, and facilities management.
2. Recruiting Function Oversight
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
