You will ensure seamless onboarding of customers onto the Ushur platform, acting as a vital link between our clients and the sales, product, and engineering teams to foster successful onboarding, expansion, and renewal.As part of the Professional Services team, you will assist in implementations, helping customers unlock the full potential of the Ushur platform. Your role will involve scoping, designing, and deploying innovative automation journeys for end-users and customers, leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence and data science solutions.As a Technical Consultant, you will lead discovery sessions with customer champions, gather technical requirements, and formalize solutions that meet defined success criteria, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
