Your role will ensure the stability, scalability, and operational efficiency of IAM platforms while providing secure, compliant access across both on-premises and multi-cloud environments.In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of authentication and identity lifecycle services, supporting incident, problem, and change management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that IAM services meet established SLAs, adhere to security policies, and comply with regulatory and audit requirements while delivering a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and enhance IAM service performance by defining, tracking, and analyzing operational KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs to ensure high availability and reliability.Administer and support enterprise IAM platforms, including:Identity Providers (IdP)Privileged Access Management (PAM)Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)Secrets Management and PKI (e.g., Okta, Lumos, Okta Privileged Access, 1Password, HashiCorp Vault, Keyfactor, etc.)Conduct day-to-day IAM operational activities while contributing to the strategic IAM roadmap.Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for IAM-related issues.Manage the lifecycle of IAM services, including maintenance, upgrades, backups, monitoring, imaging, and patching.Collaborate with business stakeholders to adapt IAM controls and policies in line with evolving business processes, ensuring a smooth end-user experience.Develop and maintain documentation and operational procedures for IAM services.
