We are seeking a dynamic Client Partner to drive business growth and foster strategic relationships within our portfolio. This role involves setting quarterly revenue targets and spearheading business development initiatives for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will proactively hunt for new opportunities while effectively managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively seek new logos through strategic and intelligent prospecting methods.
- Identify and nurture new project opportunities within current accounts through comprehensive cross-selling of our entire portfolio.
- Act as the “voice of the client” by gathering informal feedback and managing communication to ensure client satisfaction and approval processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and accountability for client retention rates.
- Clearly articulate our Value Proposition and Delivery Methodology to successfully win new business against Tier 1 competitors.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to strategize and execute on Top 50 target accounts.
- Partner with the Delivery Team to structure and finalize proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Keep an updated pipeline and revenue forecasts to track progress and outcomes.
