Your Cure.POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Medical Director will act as a clinical leader, delivering medical and scientific guidance to advance our in vivo CAR-T therapy initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping clinical strategy, designing studies, executing plans, and engaging with regulatory bodies, while collaborating with R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Program Leadership teams. An ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cell and gene therapy and a proven track record in oncology or rheumatology clinical development.We welcome applicants for either the Director or Senior Director level based on their qualifications and experience.CORE ACCOUNTABILITIESKey responsibilities include:Providing medical leadership and oversight for in vivo CAR-T therapy programs.Contributing to clinical development strategies, including indication selection, trial design, and endpoints.Serving as a medical monitor for clinical studies, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and adherence to GCP and regulatory standards.Leading the preparation of clinical protocols, investigator brochures, clinical sections of regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, BLA), and other medical documentation.Collaborating with Clinical Operations on trial execution, including site and investigator management.
