Role overview
The Director of Expedition Development, Voyage, is responsible for shaping each journey from initial planning through the guest’s return. This role manages every detail of the voyage experience, ensuring each trip meets the company’s standards for quality and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, budgeting, and execution of all voyage components.
- Oversee onboard programming, transportation, accommodations, meals, and excursions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless operations.
- Focus on revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence.
- Guide and support a team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the Lindblad Expeditions brand.
