Role Overview: DSP Media Manager
The DSP Media Manager joins our Client Services group in Seattle, Washington. This role focuses on designing, monitoring, and evaluating programmatic advertising campaigns for clients on platforms like Amazon and other omni-channel retailers. Programmatic advertising represents a significant share of digital ad spend, and this position works closely with top brands and advertisers across the country.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
- Develop data-driven strategic proposals for DSP campaigns that align with client goals.
- Support client success by managing expectations and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Manage campaigns from setup through daily optimization and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance and test new strategies to improve results.
- Help refine operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Build expertise in DSP platforms and contribute as a thought leader.
- Mentor and guide support specialists involved in daily campaign management.
- Travel may be required depending on client needs.
