Global Talent Acquisition
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
This is a pivotal, high-stakes role for recruiters who excel in winning, partnering with senior leaders, and making a difference beyond mere placements. At Axon, we recruit not just for “jobs,” but for a mission: to protect lives, foster trust, and cultivate safer communities. We operate swiftly, think expansively, and expect our recruiters to embody confidence, boldness, and resilience. If you thrive on challenging searches, value strong opinions, make data-driven decisions, and communicate candidly with leaders, you will thrive here.
Your Impact
As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle for key sales positions that directly contribute to our growth and mission. You will serve as a talent consultant, not merely an order-taker, crafting role profiles, influencing hiring choices, and building scalable talent pipelines. Collaborating with motivated sales leaders, you will work with urgency and responsibility, setting high standards for excellence within our sales organization. While recruiting is a team endeavor, individual ownership is crucial, and you will have ample opportunities for it.
What You'll Do
This role is located in our Seattle, WA (Downtown) office and follows a hybrid work schedule. We emphasize in-person collaboration, requiring team members to work on-site from Tuesday to Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless an approved workplace accommodation exists.
