Our base salary range is between $170,000 and $220,000, complemented by generous bonus plans to ensure a competitive compensation package.

Through groundbreaking initiatives like the Olmo releases, we aim to empower academics, researchers, and AI developers to enhance language models and generative AI.
Our team engages in diverse AI research, including pre-training and post-training language models, data curation across modalities, and the development of innovative methodologies. We rigorously study and evaluate AI models both theoretically and empirically to enhance their functionality. Additionally, we focus on creating impactful real-world applications in scientific synthesis, striving to develop state-of-the-art models for scientific discovery, reasoning, and factual recall.
