ABOUT THE JOB
We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Technical Sourcer to enhance our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will take the initiative to identify, engage, and cultivate elite technical talent to thrive in our dynamic and innovative atmosphere. Collaborate closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to establish pipelines for crucial technical positions, thereby contributing to our company's ongoing growth and success.
This position is available as a 6-month contract. Work locations include Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, WA, and Boston, MA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Talent Identification: Employ advanced sourcing techniques, market analysis, and social media channels to discover both passive and active technical candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Forge and nurture meaningful connections with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized outreach.
- Pipeline Development: Construct and sustain a strong candidate pipeline for diverse technical positions, ensuring a continuous influx of high-caliber candidates.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and recruiters to comprehend technical role requirements and synchronize sourcing strategies with overarching recruitment objectives.
- Process Improvement: Examine sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and enhance sourcing strategies and workflows.
