As a representative of our organization, you will provide exceptional care and stellar customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.Key Responsibilities:Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens.Process and prepare collections for shipment.Act as a liaison between the clinic and the laboratory.Document patient details, physician orders, and relevant laboratory information.Address specimen issues concerning billing or patient data in the ordering portal.Manage and maintain onsite collection supplies inventory.Observe collections for Millennium Health specimens (as applicable).Travel between facilities may be necessary, including occasional overnight coverage.
