Job Purpose
As the EU Sales and Site Controller, you will play a pivotal role as a Finance Business Partner within our Commercial team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver critical financial insights, conduct business analysis, and provide strategic support. This position is vital in enhancing financial performance and aiding operational decision-making. Additionally, as an integral member of the site management team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Site, offering financial expertise and strategic guidance to the management team.

Seevetal or Eygelshoven (with travel to other A-Gas locations)
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational finance environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
- Fluent in English and [local language]; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
- Proven track record of partnering with commercial and operational teams.
- Experience in representing Finance in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
Desirable:
- Background in a mid-sized enterprise, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.
- Familiarity with Great Plains and Cognos/TM1 software.
