You will work closely with technical teams involved in recording, mixing, mastering, quality control, and audio/media operations based in Seoul, as part of a larger global initiative supporting Pixelogic’s worldwide operations.Your responsibilities will include managing daily deadlines, liaising with project management staff, and collaborating with company executives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and technical dimensions of dubbing operations, along with familiarity with industry trends and a network of high-quality translators and voice actors. A strong motivation, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team dealing with shifting priorities and workloads are essential. Attention to detail and adept multitasking skills are mandatory.You will receive training to become a Pixelogic Dubbing workflow expert, enabling you to support, train, and advise operations alongside global teams. This role will also involve assisting the APAC executive team in launching new initiatives for clients and participating in meetings as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).The position reports to the Director of Dubbing Operations in Korea.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the creative and operational aspects of Korean dubbing.Supervise casting, translation, adaptation, and directing of recording sessions.Oversee daily dubbing operations.Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional support teams to ensure effective operations.Train staff and document procedures.Implement operational policies and quality assurance protocols to align with the standards of leading streaming service providers.Collaborate and communicate directly with project management staff.
