As a Data Analyst Intern at Flowith, you will act as the bridge connecting user behavior with product decisions. Here, data transforms from mere numbers into vibrant user stories. Your role will involve delving into the core of product operations, analyzing user behavior pathways within Flowith to uncover key insights for enhancing various data metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
User Journey Diagnostics: Conduct in-depth analysis of the entire user data chain to identify drop-off points, providing direct insights for product operation strategy adjustments.
- Growth Experiment Review: Assist in designing and evaluating A/B tests to validate the effectiveness of operational initiatives, driving core metric growth.
- Core Metric Monitoring: Build and maintain operational dashboards to track crucial metrics such as DAU, feature penetration rates, and user lifetime value, providing timely alerts for anomalies.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: Combine feedback collected from Customer Service with data to validate the prevalence of user pain points, assisting in prioritizing product needs.
- Internal Agent Collaboration: Participate in developing an internal market agent that allows non-technical teams to access product analytics through natural language queries.
Requirements:
- Data-Driven Operational Mindset: Ability to not only analyze data but also understand business implications, hypothesizing what the data reflects about user psychology and challenges.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, capable of independently writing complex queries (multiple table joins, window functions, CTE) for user segmentation, funnel analysis, and retention calculations.
- Logical Communication: Ability to convert complex data analysis results into visual charts and easily digestible operational recommendations (Actionable Insights).
- Embrace New Technologies: Passionate about AI, eager to explore how agent technology can innovate traditional data analytics processes.
- Preferred Experience: Previous internships in internet product operations, user growth, data analysis, or backgrounds in statistics/computer science, or software development experience.
