As a Senior Manager of the System & EMAG Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading both technical and personnel management aspects. Your responsibilities will include providing invaluable technical support to both internal and external customers, facilitating employee training, fostering team development, and enhancing overall team cohesion. You will oversee the technical management of new platforms and customer projects, addressing key technical challenges, critical PCR issues, and customer complaints.
Additionally, you will be tasked with building and enhancing the technical competency of the team while implementing effective talent retention and succession planning strategies. Your role will also involve supporting product applications for customers and conducting benchmarking analyses to drive project acquisition. Regular interactions with team members will be essential to establish and review goals and objectives, ensuring alignment and motivation within the team.
