We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Manager to bolster our China Outbound division. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in aiding Chinese game developers and agencies in their expansion into vital Asian markets, including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. You will spearhead new business initiatives within the Chinese gaming sector and serve as a strategic ally to our clients by providing top-notch influencer marketing and branding solutions. Collaborating closely with global internal teams, you will ensure seamless execution and drive profitable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Identify, target, and forge partnerships with game developers and agencies based in China aiming to launch or enhance their titles in Japan, South Korea, and other Asian markets.
- Business Development: Proactively engage with new and existing clients/agencies to showcase our cross-border marketing solutions, leveraging your established network within the Chinese gaming industry to secure lucrative contracts.
- Strategic Consultation: Cultivate a thorough understanding of clients' game mechanics, target demographics, and marketing goals to propose customized influencer marketing and branding strategies that resonate with Japanese and Korean audiences.
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, maintaining a steady pipeline to consistently meet and exceed Gross Profit targets.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Serve as a vital link between Chinese clients and our regional execution teams, ensuring that local market insights (JP/KR) are effectively translated into client success.
- Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of gaming trends in Asia (e.g., Subculture/ACGN trends in Japan, MMO trends in Korea) and establish yourself as a thought leader in digital marketing within the China outbound community.
- Operational Excellence: Deliver professional, high-touch service in responding to RFPs and customized requests, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
