Key Responsibilities:
Drone Pilot Duties:
- Execute UAV flight missions tailored to diverse project specifications, prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.
- Strategically plan flight paths, prepare necessary equipment, and oversee drone operations on-site.
- Carry out post-processing activities including video editing, orthophoto stitching, mapping, and report generation.
- Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of UAV systems and equipment.
- Participate in internal test flights, demonstrations, and data collection initiatives.
- Adhere to aviation regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout all operations.
Drone Instructor Duties:
- Design and deliver comprehensive drone training programs tailored for students across varying skill levels.
- Instruct on drone components, flight controls, safety protocols, and airspace regulations.
- Facilitate practical training in drone handling, flight maneuvers, and mission execution.
- Track student progress and provide mentorship to enhance confidence and skillset.
- Assume control of UAVs during emergency situations or unsafe conditions during training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and assessment reports.
- Report any training-related incidents to the Head of Department.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in drone operations, UAV projects, or technical fieldwork.
- Strong technical proficiency coupled with practical operational skills.
- Solid understanding of drone operations, safety measures, and aviation regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Capable of working in outdoor and field environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally for project implementations and training assignments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
