Role overview The Regional Implementation Manager - APAC leads the day-to-day execution of the Media Central platform rollout across APAC markets. This position manages each stage of implementation, including business analysis, quality assurance, data migration, cutover, and readiness. The goal: ensure every phase is completed accurately, on time, and with a clear, repeatable process. What you will do Guide APAC markets through their responsibilities, timelines, and methodologies for the Media Central rollout. Coordinate activities across teams, collect progress updates, and address obstacles as they arise. Validate deliverables at each stage before moving forward. Act as the operational link between local market teams and the global program, translating guidance into actionable steps. Collaborate with vendor and product teams to resolve issues and manage market-specific needs within the global framework. Drive consistency, refine processes, and maintain a structured approach across markets with varying readiness levels. Success in this role means Markets execute reliably according to plan. Deliverables are complete and accurate before each phase transition. Issues are identified early and resolved quickly. Stakeholders stay aligned and informed. Program momentum is maintained across all APAC markets.
