Position OverviewAs an IT Infrastructure Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to users, maintaining office equipment, and supporting IT systems within our Soignies office. This internship is designed to commence at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last for a duration of 2 years.Key ResponsibilitiesWork Location: On-siteProvide user support by identifying, investigating, and resolving technical issues across all software and IT systems utilized by the company.Manage incidents related to hardware, operating systems, workstations, office software, and peripherals to ensure optimal system functionality.Prioritize user requests, manage incident resolutions, and escalate issues to the appropriate service department while maintaining follow-up in the internal ticketing system.Configure and initialize PCs and other equipment (printers, phones, network devices) for new hires and ensure regular updates.Assist IT teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution across various departments.
