The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all software products delivered to our clients meet the highest standards of reliability and user experience. Success will be evaluated based on:
- Consistently delivering high-quality software releases with minimal production defects.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all testing processes ensuring they are repeatable and aligned with product specifications.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of QA frameworks, automation processes, and overall testing efficiency.
- Facilitating quicker delivery cycles without sacrificing quality through effective collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

- The Quality Assurance Specialist will function as a crucial member of an Agile Scrum team, working closely with developers, product owners, and fellow QA professionals.

COMPETENCIES
Essential Qualifications for Success:
Knowledge & Experience
- 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance Specialist role or similar, preferably with cloud-based SaaS products.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes encompassing both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks and test case reusability.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory standards and best practices in software quality assurance.
- Background in or exposure to the property management sector is a plus.
