We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to energize our sales pipeline, engage with influential decision-makers, and pave the way for our Business Development team.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, focusing on Community Managers and Rental Agencies.
- Assess inbound and outbound leads using structured methodologies (such as BANT).
- Coordinate and schedule high-quality demonstrations for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Ensure accurate lead data entry, track outreach activities, and manage pipelines within Insightly CRM.
- Meet or surpass monthly KPIs including SQLs and booked meetings consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance messaging, outreach methodologies, and call scripts.
- Assist BDMs with light post-sales administrative tasks (e.g., collecting FICA documents).
- Utilize MS Teams and QuicklySign to optimize workflows.
