What you will do
- Collaborate with defence and intelligence clients to understand their needs and priorities
- Support clients through onboarding, product adoption, and continued use of Jobgether’s solutions
- Communicate regularly to monitor satisfaction and address concerns
- Promote active engagement so clients gain the full value of Jobgether’s offerings
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, preferably with defence or intelligence organizations
- Strong skills in relationship management
- Awareness of the specific needs and expectations of clients in these sectors
- Drive to provide high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction
