Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver trauma-informed, compassionate care
- Forge trusting relationships and establish positive daily routines
- Facilitate education, life skills, and promote independence
- Prepare nutritious meals and encourage healthy lifestyle choices
- Champion the voices of young people and advocate for their needs
- Assist with medical appointments and community engagement activities
- Provide transportation for young people using your own vehicle when necessary
- Inspire confidence, resilience, and hope for their future
Your Impact Matters.
What We Seek
Prior experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid)
A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
Willingness to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins
A clear enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to obtain one)
While a relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is preferred, it is not mandatory , we are dedicated to supporting the right candidates in their professional development.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
- £17.50ph - £24.00ph PAYE Rate (including holiday pay)
- £20.00ph - £28.00ph Umbrella Rate
