Each day is unique, but here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:· Delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care to ensure the safety and support of young individuals · Fostering positive relationships and encouraging healthy routines· Preparing nutritious meals, supporting educational activities, and promoting life skills· Advocating for their needs, ensuring they feel valued and heard· Assisting with medical appointments and community engagements· Utilizing your own vehicle for transporting young individuals as necessary· Empowering them to move forward with confidence into their futures RequirementsWhat We Seek: Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary) A valid UK driver’s licence with your own vehicle Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience A flexible approach (including waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins as required) A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is preferred but not mandatory.BenefitsYour Rewards: Competitive pay: £17.50 – £28 per hour (depending on shift type!)
