This hybrid position aims to foster integration, a sense of belonging, and empowerment for Afghan families. The CA will engage both in the office and within the community, conducting outreach, organizing culturally relevant events, and ensuring Afghan families access essential information, programs, and social services provided by World Relief and the Spokane community. The CA acts as a trusted liaison, strengthening relationships, sharing resources, and nurturing community connections.This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours per week, combining remote work, community events, home visits, and one designated in-office day each week.

You will collaborate closely with World Relief staff and community partners to ensure equitable access to essential services, education, and community resources for Pashto- and Dari-speaking clients.This is a temporary position funded through a grant agreement for up to 90 days, contingent upon funding extension.
