Centria Autism is hiring a Dedicated Behavior Technician in Spring, Texas. This position works directly with children diagnosed with autism, following individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You Will Do
- Work one-on-one with children to support their development.
- Implement evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Help reduce challenging behaviors using proven techniques.
- Follow the guidance and supervision of a BCBA throughout each session.
