Join our esteemed Private Client Group (PCG) as a Financial Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in our Wealth Brokerage and Retirement Group. Your expertise will contribute to delivering tailored brokerage solutions designed to help our clients achieve their financial aspirations.In this permanent, full-time position, you will report to the Director of PCG Financial Analysis within the Finance Group. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying revenue growth opportunities and managing significant expenses such as Financial Advisor Compensation, Branch Manager Compensation, and Sales Support Salaries.Key Responsibilities:Provide in-depth financial analysis to support management decision-making for the Private Client Group.Develop and refine financial models to enhance hiring practices for experienced Financial Advisors and optimize retention programs.Analyze Branch Real Estate Expenses and contribute to strategic initiatives by formulating policy recommendations for Senior Management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:· Proficiency with source code management tools.· Familiarity with project management tools.· A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web applications and web services.· Proven experience in software testing aligned with release schedules to validate both new and existing functionalities.· Knowledge of change management tools is essential.· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and user-centered testing approaches.· Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle is advantageous.· Proficient in at least one programming language.· Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.· Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.Mandatory Qualifications:· Strong SQL skills for database query creation.· Extensive web testing experience, including cross-browser testing, web services testing, security testing (role-based access and application security), and 508 compliance.· Experience working within an Agile environment.· Some experience in performance testing, including planning, scripting, and execution of performance tests.· Familiarity with SVN source control for document management.· Experience in ETL/Data Warehousing is a plus.
