YOUR ROLE AS A DELIVERY DRIVER:
· Ensure all orders meet our quality standards and are accurate before leaving the store.
· Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our dedicated customers safely and promptly.
· Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions, whether in-person or over the phone.
· Utilize Insomnia’s delivery application in accordance with company standards and keep customers updated accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with the area within a 2-mile radius of the store is advantageous!
· Must possess a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
· Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
· Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
· Legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Must be at least 18 years old for employment.
