As a Customer Service Manager at Office Depot, you will collaborate with the management team to create an exceptional customer experience driven by leadership, effective communication, integrity, and a strong passion for our brand. You will guide and support Front End associates while facilitating continuous training on our business model. Additionally, you will work closely with our Print Services team, driving sales and accurately assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction with every interaction. You will proactively engage with customers to not only meet but exceed their expectations, ensuring a positive experience while contributing to revenue generation through a strong sales culture. In this position, you will also serve as a ‘Key Carrier’ and will be recognized as the Leader on Duty during your shifts.
