We are currently seeking a Project Support Specialist/Project Manager for one of our key clients in Strasbourg - a European Institution. This role involves supporting EU Member States in their digitalization initiatives and enhancing the safety of Europe through innovative technology. Our client oversees large-scale IT systems that facilitate the implementation of asylum, border management, migration, and justice policies across the EU, thereby upholding one of the fundamental rights of EU citizens – the right to free movement – for over 400 million individuals.
To meet client needs, candidates must be based in Strasbourg or nearby and possess full rights to work in France under a freelance/B2B contract. The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office in Strasbourg.
As a Project Support Specialist/Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Organizing meetings and documenting meeting minutes;
• Setting up and maintaining project files;
• Collecting actual data and forecasts;
• Updating plans;
• Assisting in the quality review process;
• Supporting Project Board meetings;
• Aiding in the compilation of reports;
• Providing expertise in specialized tools and techniques;
• Maintaining records such as the Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, and other logs assigned by the Project Manager;
• Overseeing the configuration management process.
