As an Academic Qualified Nursing Professional (AQP) at Robert Bosch Krankenhaus, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the nursing process for highly complex geriatric patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing advanced nursing tasks in direct patient care.
- Expanding the scope of practice and responsibilities in indirect nursing.
- Implementing method-supported quality assurance and nursing process management.
- Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration and interface management.
- Executing central directives from nursing management and adhering to guidelines and regulations to foster continuous improvement.
- Applying Evidence-Based Nursing principles in patient care.
Your primary mission is to leverage your academic expertise in direct patient care. The RBK has established an extended scope of tasks and responsibilities to incorporate your advanced educational competencies. Your contributions will yield a lasting positive impact on the organization of the unit. You will regularly collaborate with other AQPs and the Knowledge and Innovation Management team within the Nursing Directorate to plan your professional future together with us.
