The Intermediate Care unit handles cases requiring close monitoring, while the Stroke Unit and Special Isolation Unit support patients with specific neurological or infectious conditions. Provide comprehensive postoperative care for patients with short hospital stays.Manage the organization of inpatient treatment nursing.Perform clinical procedures including blood sampling, suture removal, Redon drainage management, and wound care.Assist in sclerotherapy and laser treatments.Conduct preoperative diagnostics such as EKG and spirometry.Educate patients preoperatively regarding procedures and expectations.Prepare and assist in outpatient surgeries.Monitor patients postoperatively to ensure recovery.Administer physical therapy treatments including cold therapy and intermittent compression treatments.Utilize non-invasive measurement techniques to diagnose arterial and venous diseases.Maintain accurate nursing documentation.

Provide assistance and instrumentation during all surgical procedures.Perform springboard tasks and prepare and clean operating rooms before and after surgeries.Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.Collaborate effectively with all professional groups.
