Your Responsibilities:
Client and employee support in facility and industrial security
Communication with leadership and external partners
Creation and maintenance of duty schedules and relevant documents
Ensuring full staffing for all supervised locations
Planning vacations and compensating workforce shortages
Preparing payroll processing for monthly wage accounting
Invoice verification and administrative coordination
Participation in tender processes and support in setting up new assignments
Taking on special tasks as directed by branch management
Contributing to the implementation of quality, occupational, and health management systems
Actively promoting a positive workplace atmosphere
