Your Role: Mentor, Strategist & Collaborator
You will be the face of Salonkee in Stuttgart, responsible for building a strong team while ensuring we stay close to our customers.
- Team Building & Coaching: You will start with two colleagues and expand the team. You lead people, not spreadsheets, through one-on-ones, joint training, and genuine feedback.
- Market Presence: You are not an office person. You will accompany your team to on-site appointments, assist with cold calls, and demonstrate how Salonkee simplifies the daily routines of salon owners.
- Creating Structure: You will organize the week to enable your team's success while keeping an eye on CRM maintenance and key metrics to identify areas for adjustment early on.
- Leading by Example: Initially, you will actively engage in sales, not to break records, but to deeply understand the Stuttgart market.
Your Qualifications
- Field Sales Experience: You have 2-4 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B) and know how to open doors.
- Leadership Aspiration: You may not have been a director yet, but you have the talent to motivate others and take responsibility for shared goals.
- Organized Work Ethic: You autonomously plan your region and understand how to set priorities.
- Communication Skills: You speak fluent German and can confidently communicate in English with our international team.
- Mobility: A driving license is required for on-site meetings with our partners.
