Front-office activities: Customer service and sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms, and conditions, and upsell road trip extras. Back-office activities: Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers along with road trip extras and kits. Quality control: Maintain campervans in peak condition, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
