This pivotal role centers on client acquisition, including establishing initial contact, building a robust pipeline, qualifying leads, and successfully closing new project contracts with publishers, developers, and IP owners who have yet to utilize Keywords Art services.The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and have a high level of proficiency in English, alongside a profound understanding of the Japanese gaming industry and business etiquette. You will be expected to confidently discuss art production services and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and present customized solutions. This position is crucial for implementing Keywords Art Studios' growth strategy in one of the world's most strategically significant markets.Roles and Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage potential new clients within the Japanese gaming and entertainment sector seeking outsourced art services (Concept Art, 3D Modeling, Animation, UI/UX).Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through relationship-building and strategic outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.Conduct initial meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase Keywords Art Studios’ capabilities and portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact.Effectively probe and assess potential clients to uncover their specific and latent art production needs, development timelines, and budgetary constraints.Collaborate closely with global Art Production teams (Project Managers, Art Directors, Leads) across various locations, including India, China, and the US, to develop compelling proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and cost estimates for new projects.Lead negotiations to secure new contracts, focusing on achieving favorable terms that align with both client expectations and Keywords Studios' commercial objectives.Partner with Japanese leadership and executives at Keywords Art Studios to create and execute proactive strategies for new client acquisition, actively contributing to overall growth targets.Enhance the Keywords brand by cultivating strong relationships with industry stakeholders and participating in networking events.
