As an Area Manager at Amartha, you will be responsible for the overall management and monitoring of our branch offices within the Sumedang area. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, including:
- Overseeing the quality and quantity of the portfolio to align with Amartha's goals and objectives.
- Ensuring recruitment processes, partner services, and support are conducted according to established SOPs.
- Implementing strategies, management, and operational processes across all branches within your area.
- Maintaining orderly and complete branch office administration.
- Ensuring smooth operational functions of branch offices by meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
- Enforcing strict adherence to policies and procedures among all branch staff.
- Ensuring that all staff are performing at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Facilitating branch operations in the region through effective human resource management.
- Supporting Amartha's expansion initiatives.
- Maintaining portfolio quality according to Amartha's standards and management's audit expectations.
- Promoting transparency principles within the branch.
