As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the operations of multiple Branch Points within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all Branch KPIs are met effectively, which includes:
- Overseeing the growth of portfolio quality and quantity in line with Amartha's objectives.
- Ensuring that recruitment processes, partner services, and support adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Implementing strategies for the management and operations of all branches in your area.
- Maintaining accurate and organized branch office administration.
- Ensuring smooth operational flow at branch offices, including compliance with permits, infrastructure, and inventory management.
- Ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures by all staff.
- Facilitating the best performance from staff through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Ensuring branch operations in your region run effectively through optimal human resource management.
- Supporting the expansion initiatives set forth by Amartha.
- Ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and that branch audit results meet management expectations.
- Promoting transparency and openness within branches.
