The objective is to ensure the profitability of our operations, fostering sustainable growth and long-term success.Key Responsibilities: Monitor the performance of the marketing/business partner team and their achievement of targets. Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established goals. Oversee business processes in compliance with SOPs, both administratively and in the field. Manage the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios. Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts in line with company policies. Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: Diploma. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. Proven experience in leading a team of 5-10 members. A minimum of 2 years experience in Micro Finance as a Manager, preferably in a Grameen System Financial Institution. Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies that align the team to achieve targets. Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license. Willingness to be stationed in MANDING - SUMENEP. Required Skills: High discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Strong communication and collaboration skills with the team. A strong eagerness to learn, especially in analyzing information and data. Adaptability to change and a target-oriented mindset. Able to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.
