Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead Ceribell’s sales strategy and operations for new product launches. Collaborating closely with the go-to-market team, account management, and account acquisition teams, this individual will establish the sales playbook, devise strategies for business growth, develop tools, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms, and work in tandem with the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Sales Enablement - Neonate
- Formulate a strategic plan to expand Ceribell’s business within the neonatal ICU.
- Create tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for the neonatal product launch.
- Design initiatives and strategies to enhance neonatal penetration and utilization.
- Develop core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and support compensation planning.
New Product Sales Enablement - Pediatrics
- Develop a strategic plan to grow Ceribell’s footprint in pediatric emergency departments.
- Establish tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting systems for the pediatric product launch.
- Create programs and strategies to improve pediatric ED penetration and utilization.
- Construct core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and assist with compensation strategies.
New Product Sales Enablement - Delirium
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to outline a plan to launch and scale our new Delirium product and business.
- Design tools, KPIs, targets, and reporting mechanisms for the Delirium product launch.
- Implement operating and tracking mechanisms to refine our strategy based on performance data.
- Devise core sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and support compensation planning.
