About The Role
The Director of Cost Accounting will oversee all cost accounting, inventory management, and cost-related financial operations across our manufacturing, infrastructure, and AI compute sectors. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring precise costing, capitalized asset accounting, and transparency in costs related to both training and inference workloads.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, and processes are continuously evolving. The successful individual will be expected to quickly adapt, identify gaps, and contribute effectively, providing structure, sound judgment, and execution while collaborating with the broader finance team.
You will work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Deployment, and Engineering to develop scalable costing models, enhance controls, and ensure readiness for external reporting as the company prepares for public operation.
