About the Role
We are actively seeking a Finance Systems Architect to develop and scale our business planning ecosystem. This pivotal role is situated within a high-growth, pre-IPO software company. You will collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to translate complex business challenges into innovative, scalable, and high-performance models. As the architect of the "central nervous system" for all business planning and forecasting, you will play a vital role in our mission to expedite the global adoption of safe, autonomous machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and maintain robust, multi-dimensional planning models in Pigment for essential processes such as long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount planning, and sales capacity & territory planning.
- Act as the lead technical owner and subject matter expert for the Pigment platform, establishing and enforcing best practices for model design and implementation.
